Extensive contact lists. We have a list of buyers who are interested in certain items as they come up for sale. We contact them as
the items they are searching for become available. We also have an e-mail list and a fax list where people are notified of upcoming
sales. This means more buyers at the sales. More buyers = more money. We also post all up coming sales on this web site. These
methods of advertising are free to the client.
Unsurpassed customer service. Customer service does not end at the signing of the contract. Our customer service goes well
beyond that and more. We make sure our clients understand every aspect of the sale, from sale set up to sale reconciliation. We
also meet with our clients the day before the sale to view the prices and review our policies and procedures one last time before we
open the sale to the public.
Discretion. We believe that the personal lives of our clients are just that, personal. Their personal issues are not discussed with
people outside of our organization. We respect their right to privacy.
